On the Boards

One of our latest projects in the works is Chimborazo, an excellent Ecuadorian restaurant in the Twin Cities.

The owners are relocating their NE Minneapolis restaurant to a larger space – a former Union Hall, with plans to include a bar and event space, as well as a rooftop bar and patio.
We have enjoyed working with them, and assisting with their new endeavor
